As an Information Technology Analyst in Technology Operations, you will support corporate end users and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune. You will manage SaaS applications, maintain documentation, and respond to service requests across the organization. Your work helps keep systems and services running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first- and second-level hardware and software support

Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, groups, and security

Manage Azure and Entra ID identity access controls

Configure Windows,



macOS, and mobile devices with Intune

Maintain IT documentation and end-user guides

Requirements:

Three to five years in corporate IT support

Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune

Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN

Strong communication and customer-service skills
