This full time permanent role supports the North York ReStore at 55 Orfus Road, Ontario. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Manager by supervising, training, and leading ReStore staff and volunteers. You will manage Shopify and Salesforce platforms, oversee merchandising and stock control, and provide administrative support. The position also involves customer service, donation processing, safety inspections, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and lead ReStore staff and volunteers

Manage and update Shopify and Salesforce retail platforms

Oversee merchandising, selling, space management, and stock control

Process donations and complete daily health and safety inspections

Resolve customer concerns and support sales and satisfaction targets

Requirements:

One to three years of customer service or retail experience

Weekend availability based on business needs

Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently

CSA-approved safety footwear required at all times
