This Director of Shoring role oversees a growing division serving complex construction projects. The position combines operational leadership, project management, resource planning, and financial performance. It requires experience with shoring systems, geotechnical construction, engineering drawings, and construction sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction for shoring activities on major infrastructure projects

Lead safe, efficient installations meeting specifications and quality standards

Establish schedules, monitor budgets, and allocate project resources

Resolve operational challenges with project and field leadership





Coach Superintendents, Supervisors, and field personnel

Requirements:

Significant shoring, deep foundations, geotechnical, or heavy civil experience

Senior project management, superintendent, or operational leadership experience

Experience delivering multi-million-dollar construction projects

Strong multidisciplinary team leadership and people management skills

Knowledge of shoring systems and construction methodologies
