As a Manager in PwC Canada’s Risk Services practice, you will advise clients through internal audit, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. You will plan, supervise, and execute engagements while analyzing business processes, systems, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities. The role also includes communicating recommendations to senior management and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and governance advisory services

Plan, supervise, and execute engagement-related tasks

Evaluate processes and systems, risks, controls,



and improvement opportunities

Prepare audit reports, advisory reports, and proposals

Coach staff and contribute to resource planning and training

Requirements:

Strong experience in internal audit, governance, and regulatory compliance

CPA, CIA, or CISA professional designation

Experience across the internal audit life cycle

Experience managing multiple client engagements

English fluency and French fluency required
