Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) is an organization of highly skilled professionals inspired by a public service mission. OBSI makes a difference in people’s lives every day and helps to ensure a fair, effective and trusted financial system for everyone.

Hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in office. The OBSI office is located in downtown Toronto.

Reporting to the Director, Finance and Operations, the Manager will lead day-to-day financial operations and take a hands-on role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This individual will prepare financial statements, help department leaders understand their financial results,



coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal controls.

Beyond finance, this role provides leadership across office operations and membership administration, supporting the team and ensuring these essential functions run smoothly. The successful candidate will bring a CPA designation, at least seven years of progressive finance experience and demonstrated leadership skills. Candidates residing in the GTA will be considered and adaptable work arrangements are possible.
