Lead OutSystems and Microsoft Azure solutions as CSA Group’s hands-on IT Manager, supporting enterprise systems worldwide from design through production.

This regular, full time IT Manager leads enterprise technology delivery across CSA Group and its divisions. The player-coach role combines technical leadership, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and user support. You will guide strategic systems, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement while keeping information secure, accurate, complete, and available.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead OutSystems O11, ODC, and Azure solution delivery

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and review technical solutions

Manage projects, improvements, and production support

Oversee application security,



performance, health, and lifecycle

Coach developers and strengthen engineering standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Eight-plus years of progressive IT experience

Hands-on OutSystems development and support experience

Hands-on Microsoft Azure services experience

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Bring hands-on leadership, OutSystems expertise, and Azure experience to enterprise technology serving CSA Group worldwide.
