Implementation, installation, troubleshooting and integration of premise security solutions CCTV, access control, intercoms, and intrusion systems for commercial clients.
Troubleshoot and repair security systems,
Provide exceptional customer service.
Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines
Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory
Maintain communication with dispatch and customers staying on schedule
Educate customers on the use of their equipment and provide technical service support (either remotely or on-site)
Knowledge of IP networking considered an asset
Some travel is expected.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems in the security industry,
Work with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, overcome objections and handle both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions
Ability to work independently and as an interactive member of a team
