Kensington Dental Choice Position: Full-Time Dental Administrator

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience Schedule
• Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside both a general dentist and a Periodontist, expanding your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. We're looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 1 year of dental administration experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
