• Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls from community and non-community members
• Initiate the appropriate response promptly including connecting and transferring the caller to the right person
• Operate with various computerized communication devices and associated equipment to receive, assess, and relay information from the public to security personnel in a courteous,



professional, and expedient manner
• Remain calm under pressure and be able to multitask during high call volumes from telephone and radio communications
• Be able to prioritize and dispatch accordingly
• Problem-solve on the go utilizing tools and training you’ve acquired Qualifications for Disptacher
• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Must have valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Must have Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification(WSIB Approved)
• Must be able to commmit to Full time 12 hour continental rotation schedule (Monday
- Sunday including days & nights)
• Must be able to commute to Downtown Toronto with no onsite parking
• Working Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act enforcement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• Strong documentation and report-writing abilities
