Coordinate mining maintenance priorities with fleet planning, equipment monitoring, and emergency parts tracking at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine operation. Work on a 14-and-14 schedule.Reporting to the General Supervisor, Maintenance, you will support the Maintenance Department at Meliadine. The position requires planning, organizing, decision making, and priority management across daily mine activities. You will collaborate with mine operations, supervisors, stakeholders, and other departments to protect impactful equipment and maintenance compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Validate maintenance priorities using fleet availability and mine plansMonitor equipment downline status and emergency parts follow-upsManage break-in hours alongside scheduled maintenance workAnticipate equipment mobilization and intersite logistics needsUpdate KPI trackers and address variance actions dailyRequirements: Ten years as a mobile maintenance supervisor or plannerMining workplace or similar role experienceExtensive mechanical knowledge of mining fleetsStrong leadership, communication, influence, and collaboration abilitiesMicrosoft Office expertise, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Power PointApply maintenance planning, fleet knowledge, and priority management to support safe, coordinated operations at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine mine.#J-18808-Ljbffr
