Support UPS package deliveries in Peterborough, Ontario, using customer service and package-handling skills. This part time seasonal role requires no driving.
As a Driver Helper, you will assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pickups at customer locations and UPS drop boxes. Work Monday through Friday, three to five hours daily, with shifts beginning between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The position continues through December 2026, with possible extension depending on work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet UPS drivers at assigned local meeting points
- Deliver and collect UPS packages efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Record and track delivered package information
- Follow UPS package handling and delivery methods
Requirements:
- Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Walk while delivering packages
- Maintain strong customer service skills
- Remain available Monday through Friday
