Lead daily operations at Ed’s Bowling while applying customer service, safety, and cleanliness standards across the facility. This temporary part-time position requires adaptable availability.

As Bowling Supervisor, you oversee the Bowling Counter, Lounge and Kitchen, Billiards, and Escape Room. You supervise employees, coach through role modeling, and help ensure guests’ needs are met. The position also involves liquor control, opening and closing duties, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staff and daily operations across Ed’s Bowling
- Maintain customer service, cleanliness, liquor control, and safety standards
- Coach employees and provide supervision and guidance
- Resolve guest concerns and public inquiries without the Manager
- Complete opening,



closing, checklist, and league coordination duties

Requirements:

- Two to three years of previous supervisory experience
- Supervisory experience in restaurant, lounge, or entertainment facilities
- Completed ProServe certification or willingness to take training
- Excellent leadership and communication skills focused on customer service
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
