Quality control leadership meets food safety expertise at TreeHouse Foods in Richmond Hill, Ontario, supporting 12-hour continental day shifts.

The QC Lead Hand provides day-to-day oversight of quality activities within a one-year contract. This role coordinates testing, product releases, quality records, employee training, and continuous improvement. You will help maintain product specifications, regulatory compliance, and food safety through structured quality systems and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality control activities and employee adherence to best practices
- Coordinate testing, product releases, holds, and finished goods incubation
- Verify microbiological, analytical, environmental, and identity-preserved testing results
- Maintain quality records,



CCP monitoring, and thermal process documentation
- Lead continuous improvements within Infinity QS and process reporting

Requirements:

- Post-secondary science degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years within a energetic Quality department
- Proficiency with SAP and Infinity QS preferred
- Aseptic and thermal process experience is an asset
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
