Coordinate home care visits for Nurse Next Door using Alayacare, inbound call handling, and accurate scheduling. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

As a Care Services Scheduling Specialist, you will support Clients, Caregivers, and Franchise teams through responsive scheduling coordination. The position requires customer service experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. You will manage changing priorities while helping maintain accurate visit information and service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer high-volume inbound calls within 30 seconds or less
- Schedule Client visits with the Perfect Match Caregiver
- Use Alayacare and established workflows for accurate scheduling




- Investigate and escalate Caregiver no-shows within 22 minutes
- Update service changes and resolve Franchise Partner issues

Requirements:

- Two to three years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills managing many ongoing tasks
- Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled, friendly approach developing rapport by phone
