As a Key Holder, you will support store management by maximizing sales and opening or closing the store. Your work includes customer guidance, product knowledge, fitting-room availability, transaction processing, and sales-floor leadership. You will also maintain presentation standards and follow head-office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers warmly and answer their product questions
- Explain quality, materials, and technical features
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Manage the sales floor when managers are absent
- Open and close the store as required

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience
