Lead IFRS reporting from downtown Vancouver as a Manager, Financial Reporting overseeing international consolidations and technical accounting. A flexible hybrid schedule includes approximately two to three office days weekly.Reporting to the VP Finance, this manager will oversee consolidated reporting for a privately held international mining company. The work includes IFRS financial statements, note disclosures, MD&A support, and complex accounting research. You will coordinate regional finance teams and support accurate, timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:



Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated IFRS financial statementsManage consolidations across jurisdictions and joint venturesReview disclosures and support Management's Discussion and AnalysisPrepare technical accounting memoranda for complex IFRS mattersCoordinate audits, close requirements, controls, and reporting improvementsRequirements: CPA designation requiredApproximately five to ten years' accounting and reporting experienceMining industry experience requiredStrong IFRS and consolidated reporting knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Excel and solid analytical skillsApply financial reporting leadership, IFRS expertise, and international consolidation experience to this Vancouver mining company mandate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
