Use welding expertise and accurate hand-eye co-ordination as a Red Seal Welder working with metal parts and products. This permanent opportunity offers 32 hours weekly.

This Welder position requires three to less than five years of experience and secondary school graduation. You will interpret welding specifications, operate welding and flame-cutting equipment, and shape metal using brakes, shears, and bending machines. The work includes fabricating or repairing metal parts and products with previously set-up welding machines. Minor equipment maintenance is also part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret welding process specifications for assigned work
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment




- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
- Shape, straighten, and bend metal using machines
- Maintain welding, brazing, and soldering equipment

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Three to less than five years of experience
- Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective hand-eye co-ordination
