AECOM seeks a Commercial Real Estate Program Advisor with stakeholder management skills for an in office airport expansion and construction program.

This newly created position provides management-level support to AECOM’s Real Estate team. You will coordinate space-related requests, support leasing and development activities, and align commercial objectives with project delivery. The work involves tenant engagement, project coordination, and construction phasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate space-related requests from the capital program
- Align commercial objectives with project delivery
- Support tenant relocations and temporary accommodations
- Triage requests by impact, risk, and deliverability
- Prepare milestone, agreement-date, risk, and mitigation updates

Requirements:

- BA or BS plus six years of experience
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
- Commercial real estate management experience preferred
- Aviation or major infrastructure program experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills

Use commercial real estate, tenant engagement, and coordination expertise to support AECOM’s major airport expansion program on-site.
