Support food running and guest service as a Server Assistant at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on Tsuut’ina First Nation near Calgary. Deliver orders accurately while maintaining clean, guest-ready dining areas.

Under Food and Beverage leadership, this Server Assistant combines Porter and Food Runner functions. You will support Servers and kitchen teams through table resets, beverage delivery, sanitation, stocking and guest communication. The role requires professional service and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly to guests
- Refill water and respond to Server-supported guest needs
- Clear, sanitize and reset tables after each use




- Organize kitchen orders and confirm completeness before delivery
- Stock stations and maintain clean service areas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Rapid-paced, high-volume service environment experience
- Professional guest service and cooperative teamwork abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle food, beverages and dishware safely
