Our client is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer for roads, highways, and related infrastructure planning, design, and development. The work requires road design principles, traffic engineering, pavement design, and project coordination. You will contribute to infrastructure supporting connectivity and accessibility in the Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design road networks, alignments, intersections, and pavement systems
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Coordinate stakeholders and engineering disciplines
- Support construction through site visits and inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum five years' road and highway design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Understanding of traffic engineering and pavement design
- Skilled Engineer registration with ECSA highly desirable
