Provide overnight resident care as a Care Partner with Experience Senior Living, supporting personal needs and daily living activities. Work full time Thursday through Saturday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

This Care Partner role supports residents according to service plans and changing needs. Responsibilities include personal care, housekeeping, laundry, communication, and emergency preparedness. You will help residents access life enrichment programs while promoting choice, independence, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Complete assigned housekeeping and laundry duties
- Respond promptly to resident pendant and wearable calls
- Communicate changed needs to health and wellness leadership




- Maintain infection control and report accidents promptly

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aid preferred
- Medication assistance certification preferred where applicable
- Preferred CPR and First Aid certifications
- Complete required state and company training programs

Support Experience Senior Living residents overnight through dependable personal care, communication, infection control, and emergency readiness.
