Sobeys is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, coach a diverse production team, and ensure output targets, quality, and food safety standards are met. You'll coordinate scheduling, training, and continuous improvement across production activities.You will supervise staffing, maintain records, and work with Buyer/Planner to manage priorities while prioritizing safety and customer service. Evening/weekend availability required.
