At BOS Innovations, the Controls Designer creates accurate, practical, cost-effective designs meeting customer requirements. You will review specifications, select components, and collaborate with Mechanical Design, Programming, Applications, Project Management, and Build teams. The work supports systems serving automotive, energy, and advanced industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop electrical and pneumatic schematics using SolidWorks Electrical
- Review scopes, specifications, and functional controls requirements
- Select components based on requirements, cost, availability, and standards
- Participate in internal and customer design reviews




- Resolve design issues during assembly, integration, and commissioning

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ direct electrical controls design experience
- Diploma or degree in electrical, mechatronics, automation, or related field
- Experience with SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, I/O, safety, sensors, motors, and pneumatics
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and customer standards
