Our client, a well-established commercial & industrial construction firm based in Delta, BC, is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. This is a position focused on managing projects through the early planning, design, permitting, and pre-construction phases while working closely with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal estimating and construction teams. This role offers long-term growth within a team-oriented and flexible environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects through the pre-construction process, including feasibility, design coordination, permitting, and preparation for constructionCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and municipal authorities throughout the design and approval processManage Development Permit and Building Permit applications, including responding to municipal comments and coordinating drawing revisionsReview zoning, site requirements, and development constraints to help determine project feasibilityPrepare pre-construction proposals, consultant budgets, inclusions, exclusions, and preliminary project cost informationReview drawings from a constructability and value-engineering perspective to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve project deliveryManage design changes, scope revisions, consultant coordination,
