The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and safe equipment operating practices.This role is currently vacant and is being filled due to new position becoming available.What You Will DoEnsure quality and consistency in the delivery of training programs both in-person and on-site to audiences across different industries using adult learning principles and best practicesIndustry knowledge of various subjects with the practical application to accurately answer participant questions with sensitivity, professionalism, and inclusivityConduct training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge required for all levels within the coursesPerform practical course evaluations (overhead cranes, powered mobile equipment, fall protection etc.)Assist in the development or modification of course contentProvide feedback to relevant internal teams to ensure seamless, accurate,
