You'll work directly with senior partners and experienced patent agents on challenging patent matters across a range of technologies, with opportunities to draft and prosecute patent applications, manage global patent portfolios, work directly with clients, and contribute to patent strategy early in your career.What You'll DoAs part of our IP team, you will:Draft, file and prosecute patent applications in Canada and internationallyAnalyze and prepare opinions on patentability, validity, freedom to operate and infringementManage domestic and international patent portfoliosWork directly with clients to understand their technologies, businesses and strategic objectivesManage multiple matters and competing deadlines with exceptional attention to detailCollaborate closely with lawyers, patent agents, inventors and in-house counselWhat You BringYou're intellectually curious, organized and attentive to the details that matter.
