Clinical Social Workers provide psychosocial assessment and counselling services across Fraser Health’s client care settings. This role supports interdisciplinary care planning.Reporting to Health Services and Social Work leadership, the Social Worker provides therapeutic counselling using diverse modalities. The work supports clients, families, residents, patients, and community clients.
