The Merchandiser supports Bloomstar’s sales goals by following company merchandising systems, procedures, and policies. Responsibilities include product rotation, display setup, shipment processing, inventory communication, and customer service. The role also requires secure, productive work and accurate paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise shelves, racks, coolers, and displays with Bloomstar products
- Rotate freshness and re-merchandise according to sell-through
- Receive shipments and move products to sales floors
- Organize stockrooms and maintain shelving cleanliness
- Report inventory issues and missing visual elements
Requirements:
- Ability to follow company merchandising systems and procedures
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly
- Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfort working with cooler exposure
