You will ensure that every project is completed with technical precision while maintaining a site environment that exceeds Alberta OH&S safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Installation: Install a variety of commercial cladding systems (Fiber cement, metal siding, composite panels, etc.) and weather-resistant barriers.Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate layout and installation.Technical Problem Solving: Apply building envelope principles to address site-specific challenges.Safety Leadership: Comply with all Epic Commercial and Alberta OH&S safety policies, including proper use of fall protection and PPE.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with site supervisors and other trades to ensure a seamless workflow.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience:
3-5 years of experience in Commercial building envelope or cladding installation.Technical Knowledge: A robust understanding of building envelope componentsLicensing: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.Safety Certifications: Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform (AWP) certifications are considered strong assets.Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude toward professional growth.Work Setting & Physical DemandsThis is a physically demanding field role conducted in various weather conditions.
