This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management, ensuring safe and economical wellsite operations while achieving exact target paths for our valued customers.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise wellsite directional drilling operations to achieve target paths safely and economicallyOversee bottom hole assembly (BHA) configuration according to engineering specificationsManage operation, inspection, and maintenance of motors and downhole tools at rig sitesExecute Rotary Steerable System (RSS) operations with precisionGenerate comprehensive daily and final well reports, maintain accurate well profile plots, and provide directional survey data to customersSupervise, mentor, and train directional drilling team members across all experience levels (DD I, DD II, DD III)Collaborate with MWD teams to optimize BHA specifications and engineering parametersServe as primary communication liaison between wellsite personnel,
