Walmart Logistics seeks an Asset Protection Team Leader to oversee Asset Protection activities continuously across a 24/7 operation. This role leads Site Associates through positive communication, coaching, and engagement. It also supports investigations, emergency response, training, scheduling, and Total Loss initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Asset Protection activities across 24/7 operations
- Inspect workplaces for safety, physical security, and associate security
- Investigate and document theft, damage, breaches, and shrink




- Supervise emergency response procedures and equipment testing records
- Schedule personnel while monitoring timekeeping and attendance

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lead Site Associates through positive communication
- Ability to support Asset Protection policies and procedures
