We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing clean-energy technology company that is scaling its operations, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and preparing for its next stage of growth.As a result, we are seeking an experienced CPA Consultant who can take ownership of the accounting function and work closely with executive leadership. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys building processes, managing financial reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the accounting and financial reporting functionManage and execute month-end close and financial reporting processesLead and coordinate the external audit process, including auditor communications and supporting documentationMaintain and administer the company's cap table and equity-related recordsSupport accounting and reporting requirements related to capital raises and public-company readinessDevelop and enhance accounting policies, controls, and financial processesPartner closely with the CFO on financial reporting, technical accounting,



and strategic initiativesProvide hands-on support across all areas of accounting as neededCollaborate with a lean finance team in a fast-paced growth environmentQualifications & Experience:Strong Controller-level or full-cycle controllership experiencePrevious public company accounting experienceExperience with financial reporting and technical accountingStrong external audit management experienceExposure to U. S. reporting or U.
