Use screen printing knowledge at AMPCO Manufacturers Inc. in Coquitlam, creating stencils and supporting production on a Monday-to-Friday shift.
This full-time, permanent position focuses on stencil making and general production assistance. You will select, apply, expose, develop, store, touch up, clean, and repair screens. The work supports AMPCO’s quality printing components, including labels, decals, nameplates, overlays, graphics, and membrane switches for companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select, apply, expose, and develop photo stencils
- Position images on screens according to job requirements
- Prepare, stretch, repair, and store screen materials
- Clean used screens and prepare them for reuse
- Maintain production areas and machinery cleanliness
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of screen printing
- Robust understanding of screen types and emulsion mixing
- Ability to work closely with diverse groups
- Ability to attain departmental quality and service goals
- Ability to learn computer applications for tracking and reports
