As part of Laurentide’s Talent and Culture team, you will create training content and manage learning resources. You will improve training tools and practices while exploring artificial intelligence in learning and development. The internship supports training projects from needs analysis through results evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design online learning modules and assessments using Vyond
- Create online learning content with Articulate Rise
- Research relevant training resources from OpenSesame
- Manage LMS uploads and training tracking
- Explore AI tools for learning activities
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in Educational Technology or Instructional Design
- Interest in eLearning content development and learning technologies
