Use torch work and equipment skills as a Torch Labourer with SECURE in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Work safely on a rotational fly-in, fly-out schedule.

SECURE’s Metals & Mining team needs a Torch Labourer for daily site duties. You will support demolition, scrap metal recycling, equipment operation, and site housekeeping. The work requires safety awareness, physical ability, and accurate documentation. Metals experience is required, while welding, oil and gas, and metallurgy experience are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow SECURE safety policies and site-specific requirements
- Participate in daily tailgates and risk assessments
- Operate skid steers and water filtration pumps
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and fuel equipment
- Maintain fences, markings, and clean work areas

Requirements:

- Preferred three to five years working with a torch
- Preferred demolition work experience
- Ability to complete safety documentation accurately
- Ability to lift, shovel, and move heavy materials
- Willingness to work rotationally away from home
