Bring music and pop culture knowledge to Hot Topic as a Seasonal Key Holder supporting customer service, sales, and store leadership.

This seasonal retail position supports the Store Manager and leadership team during daily operations. You will use product knowledge, selling skills, and fandom expertise to train recent Sales Associates, serve customers, and help meet sales targets. Retail experience, communication, and leadership are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide memorable shopping experiences using product and fandom knowledge
- Support store leadership and run operations when needed
- Drive UPT, ADT, and comparable sales goals
- Cover sales zones, maintain visual standards, and open or close
- Process transactions, close registers, and report shortages or overages

Requirements:

- Previous retail environment experience
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and move boxes up to 50 pounds
