As General Manager, you will oversee community operations, clinical leadership, business strategies, staffing, and budgets. Your work supports residents, families, employees, and favorable occupancy for Amica Senior Lifestyles. The position combines hospitality leadership with residential care experience and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily community operations, care, and service delivery
- Manage staff development, supervision, and clinical leadership
- Develop operating and capital budgets with department heads
- Lead marketing plans with Corporate Sales and Marketing




- Conduct community tours for families and prospective residents

Requirements:

- Certificate in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years senior management experience in hospitality or retirement communities
- Residential care experience; gerontology education is an asset
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
- Robust financial, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
