Support community-based addictions and mental health services as an Addictions/Mental Health Worker at CMHA-CT’s Timmins Pine Site. Apply clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills.

This permanent full-time position supports clients living with addictions or moderate to serious mental illness. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate and provide services throughout each client’s journey. The work respects individual needs, values, beliefs, strengths, and choices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate community-based services for clients
- Provide services to people living with addictions
- Support clients experiencing moderate to reliable mental illness
- Work within a multidisciplinary team
- Respect individual client needs and choices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or core mental health discipline
- Registration or eligibility with CRPO or OCSWSSW
- ASIST training and crisis intervention skills
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation
- Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
