This well-established firm is known for delivering high-quality work amid a collaborative environment.Eligible candidates must have Reliability clearance or eligibility to apply.THE ROLEIn this role, you'll work closely with project leadership and contract administration teams, playing a key part in keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward smoothly—from early phases through completion.Ottawa, OntarioSalary: $60k+ depending on experienceArchitecture, Design & Planning FirmHybrid work modelWhat You'll Be DoingCoordinate and circulate technical and administrative project information across all phases of design and deliveryOversee project documentation workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal quality standardsTrack and manage schedules for key project milestones including RFIs, shop drawings, payment certificates, and other submissionsLead document control processes and act as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and clientsParticipate in internal project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to keep teams alignedReview, amend and archive drawings and documents, ensuring required seals and approvals are in place prior to distributionCommunicate professionally and confidently with senior staff, clients,



and project stakeholdersWhat's RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in similar roles =Solid understanding of the architecture and engineering consulting setting with prior experience as an architectural coordinator, project administrator, project management assistant, architectural technologist including coordination responsibilities, contract administration assistant, project coordinator or similar.
