The Chance: Enterprise Innovation turns ambiguous ideas into funded, validated products for Canadian financial services. As squad lead, you'll own the Lean Business Case from a fuzzy problem through to a clear opportunity size and ROI case. You'll use the PDLC methodology to take ideas from spark to scale, and prove them with working prototypes.Grade: 17This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week.
