As you grow, we'll support you through your Insurance Licensing (on our dime!) to become a fully licensed Home & Auto Broker.Providing day to day administrative support.Data entry, directing calls, answering emails and file management.Broker Training follows, and includes:Helping the clients Identify their individuals' insurance needs and making recommendationsManaging current or prospective client inquiries (calls/e-mails/messages) (90%), in-office visits (10%)Building and maintaining relationships with old and new clients alike (ie. building your portfolio of clients)Regular reviews and upselling top insurance product developments to clientsGuiding clients through the insurance claims processAssisting your peers as needed with day to day needs.Monday to Friday8:30 - 5pm (Approx)Full time hours | Paid Weekly!Health & Dental Insurance after 3 monthsGroup RRSP 4% Matching --after 3 monthsPaid sick timePaid Vacation Days - starting at 3 weeksEmployee Assistance Program | Wellness Program
