Lead health records management and registration services across Island Health sites, applying operational leadership, privacy knowledge, and resource management expertise. Reporting to the Director, the Regional Manager oversees service delivery for a designated geographic or operational area. The position leads staff and manages human, financial, and material resources while supporting standardized, productive records and registration services. Work includes paper and electronic information access, storage, retrieval, release, confidentiality, and patient intake. Key Responsibilities:
