Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize fermentation and conditioning tanks thoroughly
- Maintain pumps, hoses, fittings, and cellar equipment
- Report major equipment issues to designated brewery leaders




- Record activities according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare tanks for each brewing cycle

Requirements:

- Previous brewery or similar production environment experience
- Experience with tank cleaning and cellar operations
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
- Robust attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop
