Drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding as an HR Generalist in-office in West Kelowna, supporting operational and corporate positions.

The Sutherland Group seeks an HR Generalist focused on recruitment across Sutherland Heavy Civil. You will coordinate hiring, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and lifecycle transactions. The position partners with Operations Leaders to meet workforce requirements accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage requisitions, postings, screening, interviews, references, offers, and pre-employment requirements
- Partner with Operations Leaders on workforce needs
- Coordinate onboarding through employees’ first 90 days
- Maintain recruitment workflows, templates, documentation, and process improvements
- Track metrics, maintain records,



and support HR initiatives

Requirements:

- Two or more years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle coordination experience
- Robust organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, and related technology experience
- Confidentiality, sound judgment, and post-secondary education preferred
