As a Stocking 1 Team Associate, you will review workloads, stock picks and new merchandise, and support the Customer Availability Process. The position involves locating merchandise, assisting purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and preparing the backroom for unloading. You will also maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Review workload for assigned store areas
- Accurately sign merchandise and maintain shelf capacity
- Work merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins
- Prepare the backroom for stock unloading

Requirements:

- Must be age 16 or older
- Use proper fixtures, supplies, and tools
- Complete safety sweep logs as required
- Keep displays and fixtures secure
- Follow company policies and procedures
