Lead wire harness production at RVI through hands-on direction, quality oversight, and workflow coordination across manufacturing operations.

The Wire Harness Production Lead provides daily work direction and supports RVI production priorities. You will coordinate wire preparation, terminating, assembly, splicing, looming, and testing. The position also involves training employees, resolving production issues, and communicating with Management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review priorities and communicate daily work direction
- Assign personnel and adjust work throughout production
- Monitor wire harness workflow, quality, and testing
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and feedback
- Maintain safe, clean, organized production areas

Requirements:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead employees and provide constructive feedback
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Word knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED; two years manufacturing experience preferred
