and evaluating the daily operations of the restaurantDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational proceduresRecruit staff and oversee staff trainingSet staff work schedules and monitor staff performanceAssist in controlling inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and pricesResolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followedDeal and schedule with suppliers for food and other suppliesAssist in maintaining quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer serviceEmployment RequirementsCompletion of secondary school is requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitalityPrevious experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a restaurant setting is requiredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high customer volumeStrong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to support team management and maintain operational standardsLanguage RequirementEnglish (spoken and written)
