As Head Pickleball Professional, you will represent Fairgrounds at its upcoming Markham location. You will mentor coaches, deliver coaching for all skill levels, and refine programming with the General Manager. The position combines leadership, operations, member engagement, and sport development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Fairgrounds Markham’s pickleball community and coaching culture
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage coaching staff
- Deliver clinics, lessons, leagues, and development programs
- Host DUPR ratings and new member onboarding
- Support tournaments, events, matchmaking,



and sponsor activations

Requirements:

- NCCP Level 2 certification or equivalent recognized certification
- Three to five years progressive pickleball coaching experience
- Experience mentoring or managing other coaches
- Strong organization, communication, and event management skills
- Registered with an appropriate coaching organization in valuable standing
