Our client, a recognized leader in environmental engineering, is seeking a Water Treatment Team Leader to contribute to the delivery of large-scale industrial and mining projects.In this role, you will act as both a team leader and a technical expert, participating in the design and optimization of water treatment systems while supporting the growth and development of your team.ResponsibilitiesLeadershipLead, mentor and develop a team of professionals; Participate in recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives; Monitor employee performance and support skilled growth; Contribute to resource planning and project assignment allocation.Technical and Project ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design and optimization of water treatment plants; Oversee and coordinate engineering activities; Perform or validate engineering calculations,
