The role owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis; provides financial leadership on revenue, pricing, profitability, customer programs, and strategic initiatives; and develops a high-performing finance team. This leader serves as a trusted business partner across the organization, strengthens governance and decision support, and drives continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytics. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****Financial Planning & Analysis*** Own the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, long-range plan, and related financial targets,
